Pancakes were always one of my favorite breakfasts. But the common recipe with butter, eggs and sugar is very unhealthy, so I tried to recreate this dish in a healthy version. Try it, I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:

300 g Rolled Oats

200 g Milk

2 – 3 Bananas

Preparation:

  1. Pour the rolled oats in a high speed blender, to make flour out of the rolled oats.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Cook in a non-stick pan until pancakes are gold-brown.
  4. Now decorate the pancakes with fruits and chocolate sauce and enjoy!
